Initial Assessment - $110.00 (+tax)

Success is not only defined by the achievement of your goals, it's about the person you become on your journey towards them.

The Lifelong Wellness Program is a 12-week transformational health coaching program created to infuse and empower clients with the knowledge, tools and skills in all 4 health pillars: Nutrition, Exercise, Stress management, and Sleep. This program is designed to get you the BEST RESULTS!

The program may be completed over 12 or 24 weeks to help support busy working parents so that life demands can be balanced. This program is delivered through structured bite-size steps that allow clients to easily transform themselves so they can optimize their weight, restore their energy, vitality, and love their life while they're living it!
 

I integrate a variety of assessments, strategies, transformational exercises and interventions to help you address your fears, shift your behaviour patterns and lifestyle habits in all 4 pillars to harmonize the mind, body and spirit. The focus and integration of each of these pillars may vary depending on your current goals, demands, imbalances, lifestyle, and what YOU need for a lifetime of health success.

KINESIOLOGY:

Exercise, Rehabilitation, Fitness & Performance

These services are offered as an independent exercise plan, or may be integrated into my complete wellness program, along with nutritional consulting and health coaching, in order to achieve the best results. Individual needs may vary.

*NOW ACCEPTING ICBC clients: If you've been in a motor vehicle accident, their new enhanced care model automatically entitles you to coverage for kinesiology sessions (12 sessions or more). Some restrictions apply.

To establish a healthy, robust, and enjoyable exercise routine, it is important to identify your greatest physical barriers, weaknesses, or imbalances, all while considering personal preferences and activities that you enjoy.

With an in-depth educational background in active health and rehabilitation, as well as experience working with people of all body types, shapes, and abilities, I will help you empower your exercise routine. My goal is to help you embrace exercise with passion and confidence, and live your life with strength and vitality. I also have 15+ years of experience working with athletes, assisting with injury prevention, management, and sport performance programs.

A Successful and Resilient Exercise plan incorporates:

  • Exercise planning and scheduling to maximize time efficiency
  • Strategies for engaging the family in more physical activities to create a more active lifestyle for the family
  • Injury and/or Fitness Assessment to identify presence of physical barriers and imbalances
  • Strategic injury management and rehabilitation programming, if applicable
  • Identificaion of exercise environments that are enjoyable, purposeful and resourceful
  • Education on exercise protocols, planning, proper techniquees and postures for a lifetime of safe and effective exercise success
  • Tailored exercise and performance plans for all fitness levels; beginner to athletes
  • A graphical exercise plan that you can view, print and access online anywhere from your computer or smartphone, utilizing the ‘Physiotec’ software program tool.

Exercise and Fitness plans may be offered virtually, or in-person at a local gym or partnering clinic (Catalyst Kinetics - Burnaby, B.C.)

Other therapies I incorporate into my one-on-one IN-PERSON sessions may include:

  • Manual therapies, soft tissue and myofascial release, kinesio taping, therapeutic applications of Ultrasound, as well as hands-on assessment of whiplash, pelvic girdle, shoulder, knee complex, neck and core instability, as well and low back disorders.
  • SINGLE SESSION FEES (before taxes) :

    $110/Initial assessment -- $85/Subsequent sessions

Workshops and Virtual Group Classes

These are great opportunities to learn health, exercise and lifestyle practices, as well as gain some important wellness tools and knowledge in a virtual group setting, at a more economical cost than direct sessions. 

Possible topics may include:

  • Various Active Rehabilitative and Fitness programming

  • Benefits of clean eating

  • Mindset Coaching and Lifestyle change
